I had something similar happen, except he was hanging around outside my door when I drove up.

He was part of the maintenance crew at the time, and pretended he doing some checkups, but deliberately crossed right in front of me as soon as I got to my doorstep.

He then showed up a couple of more times. The last time being that he seemingly was parked and waiting out in front directly across the road of my residence for much of the day. And that was the final straw, so I then filed a complaint against him.

Now if he actually tried to get physical with me, I most certainly would have pulled my stun gun on him. But as for going up to him and starting something? That's a no-no.

actually I think most of my gang stalkers in the outer regions of specific look see were supportive, not negative.
