MOD help needed

I need some help, too :(

I exchanged Karma for a full upgrade for myself. But even after logging out/in, my account doesn't appear upgraded.

I'll wait a bit and continue the log out/in, but just a heads-up if you don't even see the exchange having taken place on the admin back end.

after you create an account there is a link on the left for "upgrade account". that's where you'd do it.

or if you just want to give them money, there is the "donate" button in the upper-right hand corner.

Go to the karma prizes page and scroll down to your available prizes.

You will need to redeem your prize.

Most likely you just need to redo your subscription.

Since the card lapsed it probably kicked out of auto renew.

there are a couple of steps to redeeming the karma prize of a full upgrade for yourself. First times I did it, I missed the last step.

The karma is waiting for you to use if you did not do the last step which is near the bottom right of the page, I think.

you're probably right, I'll give it a bit more to see if a mod can take action and if not then that's just what I'll do.

Then upgrade your account.

For some reason, I can't sign in on my tablet. It keeps changing my email to something weird when I try to log on.

It's probably your auto correct spell check thingy.

See if you can disable that and try again.
