Shooter reserved TWO rooms at Lallapalooza with 400k people in August

Have any of you considered the thought that maybe he never actually targeted Fenway or Lolla, but this is a way to push the narrative (brought up by -John on Four Chin (no I)), that public places are not safe enough and therefore need more metal detectors and backspatter machines?

There's always concerts there. But not really hotels around Fenway. Well there is some across the street. But they aren't taller than Fenway. There is the Sheraton I've stayed before and it's kinda far but Fenway is in view. I don't think he could of pulled it off from the Sheraton. It's a really high hotel.

And also the bump-fire and slide-fire legislation that is now being pushed or floated in CONgress.

I think people that these may simply have been dummy runs. He never intended to kill anyone at these other locations. Maybe just practiced taking the guns up, setting up cameras etc.

Barry's daughter Malia was at the Lollapalooza festival. Fox News reported that the guy never showed up for the rooms.

TMZ reported that Paddock booked two rooms at Chicago’s Blackstone Hotel that overlooked the popular Lollapalooza festival in August. The hotel is located across the street from the venue, Grant Park, where 400,000 people, including Malia Obama, crammed in over four days to watch musical acts including Muse, The Killers and Arcade Fire.

According to TMZ's sources, Paddock never showed up.


Perhaps he was ordered to abort that mission due to who was in attendance at the festival.

Other reports is he had his apartment wired with cat5 cable and was using massive hotel bandwidth.
