To the cruel, mean, sick son of a bitch that did this...

I live in the boonies and it is not uncommon for people to dump their pets out here.
Today I went out to get the mail.
I heard meowing and here comes out of the bushes a very obese cat.
Not only was the cat obese, but it was an old cat (you can tell by the nose).
She had on a rhinestone collar with a tag the said "TuTu" and that was all.
I picked her up and brought here back to the house and gave her something to eat which she ate quickly.
Then I noticed that her backside was matted. I got a bowl of water and a washcloth and cleaned her bottom up (she is so fat she cannot wash back there).
I think what happened is this cat belonged to an elderly person who either died or was put in a home and the family didn't want to deal with the cat.
She keeps wandering around meowing like she is looking for someone.
Whoever abandoned this cat is sick..
