Furthermore, Jesus explains actions of hilly man which occurred on the Sabbath. Matt 12:3-5 (3 He answered, “Haven’t you read what David did when he and his companions were hungry? 4 He entered the house of God, and he and his companions ate the consecrated bread—which was not lawful for them to do, but only for the priests. 5 Or haven’t you read in the Law that the priests on Sabbath duty in the temple desecrate the Sabbath and yet are innocent?)

The Messiah then finished His lesson to the Pharisees and performed a miracle on the Sabbath Matt 12:13
13 Then he [LORD of Lords] said to the man, “Stretch out your hand.” So he stretched it out and it was completely restored, just as sound as the other.

I hope this helps someone as I had struggled with the Sabbath as well. But this is the word of God, not out of context, not finagled, just words spoken by the Yeshua.

Yeshua trumps Paul every time.

Especially when people cite things out of context, like Collossians 2:16. The issue was to the new followers of the Way now keeping the Sabbaths and appointed times of YHVH. Not the way the Church generally teaches that every day is the same and the Churches can change the commands that Yeshua kept and YHVH gave to His children.

Again, Paul is seriously misunderstood by the majority of Christians. If there is no Torah (instructions in righteousness) then there is no sin (failing to follow the commands of YHVH) and then there is no need of salvation. I don't think any of you who profess faith in Messiah would say that.

Look, I am not here to be a thorn in your side, or to be your judge, but this cognitive dissonance against keeping the commandments of YHVH that has bewitched the Church is a doctrine of demons. Yeshua said not one jot or tittle shall in no wise pass from the law until ALL be fulfilled. Heaven and Earth may pass away, but the commandments of Yah will NOT pass away. Believe Him, or believe the confusion taught by churches regarding Paul's writings.

Paul will in NO WAY save you from judgement nor be the propitiation for your sins. He never said so either. Paul's issues with the Jewish believers in Messiah was them pushing Judaic traditions on new believers in Messiah, NOT in the keeping of the commandments of Yah.

Either Messiah was the perfect and final sacrifice and showed us how to please YHVH properly, and kept Torah perfectly, or it is all a lie and every sin is now not a sin and there is no judgement.

Did Yeshua die so you could eat pork?

Did He die so you could keep holidays that are not set forth by YHVH as His appointed times?

Is it impossible to keep the Sabbath?

Is it impossible to not eat things that YHVH says are not food, some of which are abomination?

When YHVH says something is "abomination", does He change His mind about it?

Come on, people. It's not that difficult. The resistance in Christians is to keeping the Appointed Times, including weekly Sabbath and not eating things which are not food.

Fyi, Peter interpreted his own dream and it wasn't about food, but about Yah cleansing gentiles (which means heathens) and the Jewish teaching to have nothing to do with those who were not Jewish. Yeshua made the Way for those who were outside of Torah to come into righteous relationship with YHVH and no longer be unrighteous.

Seriously, I am not saying this as your judge, but trying to reason with you. Yeshua said, "If you love me, keep my commandments."
