New York Governor, Andrew Cuomo along with New York Attorney General Eric T. Schneiderman said New York state will sue President Trump if he goes through with his decision to end Obama’s unconstitutional DACA program.

Andrew Cuomo and the AG also referred to the illegal aliens living in New York as ‘New Yorkers’. No, they are not New Yorkers, they are illegal aliens. Period. End of story.


Cuomo sent out a tweet Monday morning, “New York will not demonize diversity. We will not stand by as 42,000 NYers are deported. If President Trump rescinds DACA, we will sue.”

Diversity? So enforcing the law of the land demonizes ‘diversity’? Liberalism is a mental disorder.

Governor Andrew Cuomo also released a joint statement with New York Attorney General Eric T. Schneiderman:

Attorney General Schneiderman said, “President Trump’s decision to end the DACA program would be cruel, gratuitous, and devastating to tens of thousands of New Yorkers—and I will sue to protect them. Dreamers are Americans in every way. They played by the rules. They pay their taxes....."
