Harvey has stalled in moving and is dumping millions of gallons of water over my town of Smithville and Bastrop. We need prayer like never before. This is unbelievable, I've lived here since 1989 and have never seen anything like this. Please, please be sincere and pray. 4 million people lives are at stake from Austin to La Grange Tx.
