And they have to get permission. Now, its not always straight up permission for the event in question, sometimes its something underhanded and related or even associations by other words they hide in some movie or game or media or in titles of newspaper front pages where you have to notice the pattern.

But they have to get your permission which they believe happens if they announce it or put out some hidden version of it, and you don't do anything.



In this case its almost like: plan the event, find out people aren't happy with it and reject it, and they're more awake and higher minded, see through them, so they do some damage control on forums and set out questionaires over and over, waiting to see if they can get people "BELIEVING" this is going to happen.

Maybe even pull out revelations or prophecies, anything to convince people this is going to happen, so just agree.

Or, if they get people to misbehave horribly, maybe in riots or something negative where they perceive they've lowered frequency enough,where they can deliver a smackdown on them.


They really think that even with all the horrors they've done to children and victims, that they can raise their frequency and be good for a while, and that we have all of this coming somehow, some kind of karma. And are reluctant to mess with their own karma by doing something that was not permitted, forcing something on people who didn't give the okay and didn't respond violently or cruelly. Because they believe that they will escape the massive dump of what they've done or put it off and balance it out with other lives, BUT if they receive a massive karma hit, all they have done will be waiting for them when they die.
