Im going to be making the Kefir version of the GcMAF Yogurt soon!

I did a basic version with some store bought lifeway kefir with 12 strains of beneficial bacteria and some colostrum powder, mixed together with half and half milk and let sit at room temp for 12 or more hours.

Will be ordering live kefir grains, the garden of life 400 billion probiotic powder from vitacost, whole colostrum powder and the best whole milk

why do vegans show early wasting and why do they post here?

I'm not sure of the accuracy, but I read in the article below that cancer cells are healthy cells turned anaerobic due to hypoxia. Generally the immune system will kill anaerobic cells(?) and the nagalase is a protective acidic coating around them and thus protected they can grow in like kind. Good reason to keep the body well oxygenated.

Coincidentally I’ve been researching colostrum. You’re throwing your money away if you don’t get good quality,- preferably raw (local) or flash pasteurized. Also the timing of the milking is key.
Much of the colostrum sold is hardly beneficial. But ugh the good stuff is costly if you don’t have a local farmer.

I had never done it but just finished a bottle of colostrum tablets from the health food store. I also take a lot of D3, all just preventative that I know of.

Also i made the GcMAF Kefir with the Liposomal Colostrum.

1. 4 quarts of Whole Milk - Organic (at room temp in glass)

2. 1/2 Cup of Whole Milke - Mix 1 Tablespoon of Colostrum and 1 Teaspoon of Probiotic Powder (I opened the Garden of Life 50 Billion 14 probiotic strain Capsules)

3. Pour the 1/2 cup of Milk / Probiotic / Colostrum mix into the 4 Quarts of the Whole Organic Milk.

4. Poor a 1/2 cup Lifeway Unsweetened - Plain Kefir with 14 live active cultures.

5. Cover the Glass Mixing Jar / Measuring Cup and let the milk culture at room temp for a day or 2. Check after a day to see how creamy its getting. Refrigerate when the its nice and creamy.

6. You now have GcMAF Kefir. The GcMAF receptor sites are in the mouth and throat so let it stay in mouth and swallow.

7. Take some spoons of this a few times a day to keep getting your GcMAF!~


Next Batch i will be buying the Garden of Life 40 Strain 400 Billion active probiotic cultures.
The Sovereign labs liposomal colostrum is really good, because it dissolves instantly in the milk (whole colostrum would clump and not mix well)

I also take 10,000i.u of D3
1 Tablespoon of Flax Oil - The High Oleic acid content is important take with the D3, k2, GcMAF Yogurt / Kefir

Are you consciously trying to misinform? A package of yeast is not the same thing as kefir grains. Adding yeast will upset the probiotic balance and completely ruin any yogurt or kefir.

I saw an interview with Cl*f H*gh, it was recent, he's been fighting cancer. He talked about GcMAF in the interview and explained it very articulately.

I don't want to live forever, I just want to live healthy, which they are doing their best to stop. Vaccines= monkey puss, cow puss,chicken puss, mercury, shark liver oil and Nagalase. Dr's in PI caught them putting birth control into vaccines "donated" by US. A person has to be totally crazy to let them put their witches brew into your flesh.
