I want to rescue you up there

What would you do if you were told there was a torture or bi ndage room at the house I were ar? It revealed itself by anlight in the "attic"area. I want to goand see if theses anyone up there because I looked as if there was. The fucking cops are not gonna help me and I don't want to sound like an ass of there was no cause foe alarm. So how do i go about this access area. I couldn't bear the thought of someone being hurt and not being able to help.
