Question is who makes the first Military Move, If North Korea makes first Military Move, much of country near major Government Offices, will be made into cinder..If U.S. Government makes first Military Move, U.S. will have much problems with China and Russia and perhaps both.

My gut feeling is Kim will make a military move and U.S. Government will make an extreme Military Move On the North Korea in the regions of the High Government command and both Russia and China will stay idly on the side and North Korea will be made into cinder..
