So this cop doesn't realize that the camera keeps the 30 seconds of footage, without sound, before it's turned on. He is seen planting the drugs as soon as the video turns on, then him and the other coos walk up the ally. he then turns his camera on, and surprise, surprise, he immediatly finds the drugs he just planted. The guy spent 6 months in jail over This bc he wouldn't take a plea. This officer should do the same time the guy was facing. This shit happens far to often.
