The best thing that could have happened to Hillary would have been for FBI to get this guy in on a subpoena and do a sworn deposition. He had already spilled the beans with WSJ to an extent and the rest of the story would have come out at FBI. He said he was working with Flynn. He could have been a missing link between Flynn and Russian hackers.

He He was trying to get Hillary's missing emails from Russian hackers - that was his project. He did not yet have any real ones. For reasons unknown, he decided to talk to WSJ and that was his death sentence.

Hillary and crew may have offed others, but they had every reason to see Smith alive and in an FBI sworn deposition. That probably would have connected Flynn and then the walls would have really started closing in.

A longtime Republican activist who led an operation hoping to obtain Hillary Clinton emails from hackers listed senior members of the Trump campaign, including some who now serve as top aides in the White House, in a recruitment document for his effort.

In a document Smith used for recruiting others to the effort, Smith listed four members of the Trump campaign: Steve Bannon, Kellyanne Conway, Sam Clovis and Michael Flynn. He said that he was working “in coordination to the extent permitted as an independent expenditure” with the officials.

Geez, these "suicides", "robberies" and "accidents" are all so blatant. They've been getting away with it for so long that they just don't care anymore how obvious it all is.

WSJ has been proven via Wikileaks to be colluding with Clinton Campaign in the past. I read another case of a Gov whistleblower who went to one of the big papers and instead of reporting his story, they narc'd on him to the Gov agency he was reporting.

I'd bet an intrepid investigator could very easily connect the dots between Smith >>> his contact at WSJ >>> Clinton Operatives notified >>> WSJ contact sets up meeting with Smith >>> Smith Dead >>> Story buried, Emails disappear.

I seem to remember this story and they tried to tie him to Flynn, but I doubt that one flies. Even if Flynn had some incidental contact with them, it doesn't sound like anyone found the missing emails.

I'm certain those missing emails are what proves what the Clintoons were doing with the SOS office and the foundation. Without those emails, they likely skate. You don't set up a private server unless you are hiding something.
