The people should be reimbursed for all costs to relocate to any place they choose and that offers no such mandatory religious practice restrictions upon them.
Pay them the going fair market price for their homes if they own them and properties that are not moveable.
Pay them for any extra tuition they will have to pay and taxes as well as any utility deposits or rental deposits.
