Bumped.

I do: dips, squats, pushups + cobra poses to hit my abs. I want the simplest weightless routine I can find. Are there any muscle groups Im missing?

if u don't do the following then start doing them

one arm pullups
oustretched arm pushups
elevated feet pushps
planks
hanging leg raises
stomach vaccums
