Is all that pollution on the mainland going to your head? Do a one handed push up with your feet on the bed, hold it for 1 minute and tell me if that's heavy. If that's too easy, go on your fists or fingers. If that's too easy, lift up one foot. Then hold the pose at the base for 2-3 minutes. Why do I need external weights if I'm walking round with 70 kilos built in? Hindu Pushups are the perfect cross between yoga + weights.
