You're right - some races seem to take pride in having children from many different women, none of whom do they support. Having children from multiple different mothers is an ego thing for them.
So yeah, they ARE willing to have sex with you no matter how many children you have. Imagine that.
BTW, have you ever met the adult children of those men? I have. It's not a pretty picture.
