Rabbit Pasta for dinner tonight!
Delicious.
We raise our own meat rabbits, chickens and egg layer chickens.
Tonight for dinner quartered a rabbit, fried it in olive oil and butter, deboned all the meat and made a mushroom onion cream sauce for the fetticini.
Add salt pepper and spices.
Easy and delicious.

What's on the menu tonight for our GLPers?

cheers

Polishing it off with a home-brew.

Well, not really.
We helped brew it and bottled it. Similar to rickards red.
Maybe the peach wine would have been a better match.
Either way, really good.

You can tell a good redneck thread by the number of spelling errors.

I have some good sized rabbit hutches that my son and I built.
Our male rabbit that we use for breeding is awesome. We let him out almost every day and he hangs around the yard (1.5 acres) and at night he goes back into his hutch. He's a character. He likes to play with our dog - a golden retriever - they chase each other for fun. They are Butterfly New Zealand breed. He is white with black markings, black eyebrows too - he looks like Groucho Marx!
We have a local farmer that grows non-GMO grains and he processes it into feed for his own animals but he also sells it too. We feed our rabbits and chickens that. It's a mix of 5 grains, ground with molasses mixed in to keep the dust down and it also makes the meat sweeter.
