Yellowstone already blew it's wad a long time ago. It was a super volcano. Now it's a scar of a previous major eruption. This zit already popped.

The magma chambers are shallow, the crust thin. It's vented in many many places where pressure is released in steam and gas.

If it were to stopping venting these then i would be more concerned. Earthquakes, steam eruptions and traditional eruptions are possible but the likelihood of a super volcano like eruption slim to none.

It already did that and lacks the depth and overburden to do that again. It's very near the surface with out much material over it.

End Zeta talk. just kidding. That's just my armchair geologists opinion.
