(OP) User ID: 75002581 United States 06/14/2017 04:23 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Keep in mind that the sun over the past several months has been putting out more energy that the Earth (which has had a very weakened magnetic field) has been absorbing..far more than it usually does. That's a lot of energy to absorb, heating it internally. Even if it wasn't ready to blow on it's own, a large enough meteor strike in just one of a few places might force an eruption. |

It may not be a catastrophic civilization ending event if it instead exploded in multiple or even hundreds of smaller eruptions, spread out over months or even years. Obviously, anything within hundreds of miles around it would be impacted still though, by earthquakes, soot, and magma. Meanwhile, the hottest spot near the last eruption point in Yellowstone, has drifted a few hundred miles to the East. So its now under a part of the crust that's denser than it was previously. So if it blows out there, it may well be a super explosion that would wipe out most of the USA, Canada and Mexico. This movement of the hottest spot may also explain why we are overdue for the next eruption. We may be forced to drill down and use nukes to break up the crust under this spot or under Yellowstone to release the pressure in a more controlled manner, which could be as risky as not doing anything and waiting for it to blow, but we could at least evacuate a large area around it beforehand. |

Why? Quoting: a Dude, not THE Dude It won't let me post links about it. Do a search for "SOFIA Yellowstone" and you will see valid and reliable links about it. As I said in my missing post, they are also tracking the drifting hotspot and the size of the magma chamber using any method they can, including drilling into the ground and taking measurements hundreds of feet down in strategic spots to place sensors. I had read about this use before of the SOFIA infared satellite, thanks for posting about it. |

Quoting: a Dude, not THE Dude Earth's magnetic field is not 'very weakened' it's stronger today than its 5 million year average, compasses still work perfectly fine and it's still its job of trapping solar particles. Also, let's see some valid links and evidence for your claim that it is heating the earth internally. Yellowstone is an active volcanic complex and is constantly changing due to ongoing hotspot dynamics, the North American craton is shifting relative to the fixed hotspot so new areas of activity will always become apparent. |

User ID: 73649253 United States 06/14/2017 08:15 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I bet Wheepingwillow2 on YouTube would have a field day if the park would explode. She's some old paranoid lady who's a nut job who only cares about Yellowstone exploding. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 71552439 The YouTube user who is responsible for this video, WheepingWillow2, is really not someone I would take with a grain of salt. I really wouldn't put any stock in any Yellowstone videos that this woman puts out. She also does videos as well under the handle of WheepingWillow3 and WheepingWillow2 4u now that her WheepingWillow2 account was flagged for harassing a corporation. Quoting: TrustNoOneKS Her real name is Carol Roberts and she lives in Owensboro, KY. The reason that I am giving you this information is so that you can do a quick search on this nutjob. She is really just a professional victim who sues anybody and everybody for everything under the sun. You can go through her plethora of videos and it doesn't take long to figure it out either. She is unstable as well. She has started a pissing war with me over my comments on another Yellowstone video of hers that resulted in my being blocked and then a string of profanity, irrational comments, and threats being thrown at me. She has gone around all my Yellowstone videos that I made recreating the conditions in this original video claiming that they are hers and that I stole them from her. She's gone so far as to claim that I created my YouTube account just to stalk her and to steal her Yellowstone videos, which is obviously not true as it is perfectly clear that I created the account for documentation in my Walmart shipping container thread. The funny thing is that those recreation videos were created specifically to be used here on GLP in this thread and 2 other threads that deal with her video. My first contact with her came about around June 17, 2015, a full 12 days after I made my first recreation video. There are comments on my video below by other users who have also had horrific experiences with this woman as well. Her brother, Marblebuyer1, does "mock" videos of her that are absolutely hilarious and are well worth the watch!! Thread: yellowstone releases a fireball (Page 9) For more accounts of other's dealings with this nutjob, you should see all the comments on my video! I Want To Believe |
