Let's say, just for shits and giggles, California sees China breaking their laughable agreement, which they undoubtedly will. What are California's options? They're not a state with representation in the UN, so they have no recourse to the International Court of Justice, where such disputes are settled. Brown has no authority to close China's consulates in California or expel diplomats. The California National Guard is certainly not going to take on the People's Liberation Army.

How much did this little photo op cost the good taxpayers of the State of California, I wonder. How many trannies' reassignment surgeries could just the fuel for his jet pay for? How many delta smelts could have been saved?

Do you even know what is in their silly agreement? All they can say is they will reduce emissions. They aren't going to send money to the chinese. CA is will within their rights to put in tighter emission controls.
