So, in typical GLP style, we can say unequivocally, nothing will happen. At least, not on the China side. Just a photo op and a shot at Trump with the governor of California playing at foreign policy. China laughs at your ass, Brown. They have zero intention of ever honoring any climate agreement. I'm sure you'll bring this worthless piece of paper back and use it as an excuse to make the people of California's lives a little more difficult, though. What are California's options? They're not a state with representation in the UN, so they have no recourse to the International Court of Justice, where such disputes are settled. Brown has no authority to close China's consulates in California or expel diplomats. The California National Guard is certainly not going to take on the People's Liberation Army. How much did this little photo op cost the good taxpayers of the State of California, I wonder. How many trannies' reassignment surgeries could just the fuel for his jet pay for? How many delta smelts could have been saved? John 8:32 And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free. |

In late 2015, he traveled to Paris — in the immediate aftermath of the San Bernardino terror attack — to participate in the global discussions around the climate change accords that eventually emerged — and which President Trump subsequently rejected. Quoting: marooned [link to www.breitbart.com] Well...considering that any President doesn't have the authority to prevent someone from traveling or talking to other people, nor the power to arbitrarily preclude states from engaging in international trade...nothing has really been "defied", has it? Turns out that in real life Brown is simply acting as a Governor, a job which he was lawfully elected to by the majority of his constituents....and you just happen to disagree with his political and economic views so you frame your conversation in hyperbolic nonsense and silly name calling. My name is my mantra. |

They aren't going to send money to the chinese. CA is will within their rights to put in tighter emission controls. |
