I know a ton of White men who are leaving their white girlfriends/ wives for Black women. And they are ALWAYS happier. Say that the white girlfriends can't cook, too materialistic, uninteresting etc etc. I've seen some Black women that look like literal Goddesses.

The black music that you're referring to actually comes from WHITE men. Black music labels were bought up in the late 80s by rich white men (this is all documented in several hip hop documentaries) where the positive image of rap was thought to not be 'commercially viable'. Thus, they pushed forward the negative image of 'bitches and hoes'. Its therefore ironic that you would think that dating a white man would improve your prospects, since they are the ones who funded and encouraged the degrading music you so rally against. Simple answers:
1. Black women today are better educated than black men - as a group.
2. White men earn more and are more steady at work, than their black counterparts. (Better work ethics and better training/education). This yields better economic security. (Women - all colors - crave and want economic security for the survivability of themselves and of their offspring).
3. White men (as a group) are much less promiscuous than blacks. (Emotional security for the women).
