So, providing a solution to the problem you illustrated, instead of just agreeing with you is rude and makes them an asshole? You have head problems. Factually and logically if you cannot tell the difference you either have a hearing problem or extremely crappy gear. There is definitely a difference. Entire channels are dropped when going from lossless to mp3. Artists have had to curtail their music to fit into a smaller channel width and figure out how to make songs that still sound okay on MP3 instead of being able to use the full spectrum of technology simply because of what OP is talking about. On top of that, just because you can't tell the difference, regardless of the why; doesn't mean it isn't there. Especially when it can be PROVEN both scientifically and through raw perception of others on a wide scale. You are the asshole here it seems that no one else should be allowed to listen to audio that includes the parts you can't hear being your opinion. That also makes you a piece of shit for wanting everything to be limited to only as good as you think it should be and those who CAN tell the difference should not be considered at all in the matter.
