What you have to do is help yourself. You are in denial. There are a lot of people out there that think thinking positive and denying the obvious is the best method. No. You go get the guy his burial plot, his last will and testament, and papers that say how he lived and how he goes out.

Sometimes after people are all tended to in their end of life thing, with the coffin, and the funeral home and the other real-deal end of things, they sometimes have a longer stint of life, they dig their heels into the ground and have a better last burst of life. Consider the videos of old households where the grandmas have their coffin with them in the house, how they keep on living even with their coffin in the house. The stress of not knowing how to land into the dead, the denial of reality that death will occur, is what makes the end of life so difficult and consumes time and most of all, energy.

I would trade places with your friend in a heartbeat! I have an abusive spouse, impending financial ruin, etc. I hate life. Your friends sounds like a good person. I would take his cancer from him and die instead if allowed.

Get a powerful blender with sharp blades, and blend fruits and veggies daily. Let this be his primary source of food. In the mix also throw in a lemon, this is a powerful and natural way to combat cancer.

Blending it, will allow his body to absorb more nutriets, since he may not be able to break down the fruits and veggies whole.

This has worked before for other patients, and it is worth a try in a terminal case;

Have the doc use a stereotactic device to extract a needle full of cancer cells. Have him/her directly inject this into a lymph node in the lower extremities.
