I stumbled upon an interview of a Civil War (Confederate) soldier. I found it very fascinating and after listening to it I kind of wish the South would have won the war. It also paints a different picture from what we were taught in school.
Quoting: Hitchcock Frank EVERY Native American tribe sided with the Confederacy. The Koshers sided with the Confederacy. Slavery was still legal in some states in New England until the EARLY 20TH CENTURY!!! The biggest slaveholder was a black. In some states, there were MORE white Irish slaves than there were black slaves. The "Rebel Flag" is NOT the Confederate Flag. It is the Flag of the Army of Northern Virginia. The real Confederate Flag looked similar to the State Flag of Texas. Public Schools = stupidity centers.
