I use the GoldMoney card. I have gold stored in places throughout the world and can use it for my daily purchases.

Better than any other card that exist.

Thanks for the info. Although, a cardholding member of said secret society/societies wouldn't use their black or platinum card unless it was an emergency.

The only discussion about money I ever heard in those walls was about why someone hadn't paid my dues. To this day, I don't know if the things were ever paid. I was really just along for the ride. But it seems to me they want money - not give it away - unless they're planning on getting rich when the bill comes due.

None of which matches a Coutt's Silk, a credit card issued by Coutts in London, England.

If I remember correctly, you need a minimum balance of $100,000 in clear cash 24/7 and you need to spend multiples a year.

Even for just an ordinary account, you used have to be good for a 50,000 unsecured loan in 1983, so what every it is now, it must be huge... plus, you need a 900 credit rating - tough on the Americans whose maximum credit score is 850 in the USA.

By the way, if you manage to open an account at Coutts, you get your own personal banker who and types each of your statements, without typo, on a typewriter.

I have to disagree. The Masonic black and platinum cards allow UNLIMITED access to the Masonic accounts and can be presented to any detective in a civilized country for immediate release from custody or if you're being held hostage, they can take the card and take out as much money as they want. UNLIMITED funds.

I think I’ve seen one of these once. It was black, very heavy & coated in what felt like a fairly thick coat of glass or something similar. There was a tiny (what appeared to be) diamond embedded in it & it was too thick to be run through the machine. I had to enter the numbers from it manually. I do not recall if it was a Visa, AMEx, MasterCard, etc...

Heavy, all black..I have waited on many billionares at fine dining restaurants. Handled many of these cards.

Just a strip of four sets of four numbers? No letters, no logos? Do they have a plastic-esque film over them?

Masons are NOT supposed to use their black cards unless in dire need... sure it wasn't an Amex Black?
