I'm guessing the pool party was unauthorized and the woman told them that....they reacted in typical 'groid fashion....the woman could have drowned after taking the blow to the head before thrown in the pool...it doesn't take but one mouthful of water....

from what i have been able to find so far this was a spring break flash mob and the knickers took over the pool although none of them lived there. so the lady was there bitching telling them to get out since they did not belong there. very dumb on her part, i sure as hell would not walk into a cage of gorillas without a shotgun

I would have them all charged with attempted murder, everyone of them there and hand out sentences ranging from 20 to 200 years. There is legal precedent for being charged with something because you were involved in a preliminary offence unrelated to the violence that came afterword.Even if you knew nothing about it.
