HUPERZINE A......a thread about lucid dreaming and supplements
Hey, just though I would reach out and see if anyone here has tried using he supplement "Huperzine A".

It is supposed to help induce ludic dreaming, amongst other benefits with little to no side effects when used responsibly.

I am looking at it for everyday energy and clarity, but though lt that the lucid dreaming part was a great bonus!

I've been trying to focus on my dreaming a lot lately but haven't had too much luck. Would like to hear from some of you lucid dreamers.

Don't lucid dream much but dream like crazy. I take 1000 mgs of B12 and 10 of Melatonin before bed.
