Is this the march of the procrastinators.

Put in sell orders slightly higher than middle-price, buy back the sells yourself. Lose a little in transaction fees but get the energy going. Buy back a little lower even than you sell if you must. More will join in. The topia's been fiending for this.

We ideally want to see positive transactions only. This means do not ever place a sell that immediately fills. Buyers must fill seller's orders, or in some cases, I must fill my own sells, or my comrade's.
