The reason Sarin and VX nerve agents can only EVER be deployed by organized Governments.

The reason lies in the complicated nature of the manufacturing process of both of these chemical compounds, mixed with their instability due to many factors, and under many conditions. The evidence indicates that it was a Sarin gas attack, since VX lingers around for a very long time, and would have killed many more, so we'll talk about that.

The manufacture of Sarin nerve agent requires a highly controlled and impossible to obtain precursor (outside the scope of Government) called methylphosphonyl difluoride, along with a total mastery of chemical knowledge, and mechanical engineering devices that allow for manipulation within an inert zero oxygen environment. The terrorists and rebels have no such knowledge, nor any such devices to manufacture such complicated compounds. Sarin is also colorless, odorless, and tasteless, which means that any type of confirmation of the success of manufacturing would have to be using the most professional techniques, only found in pro labs.

The reports from the ground are that three sets of ordnance was dropped from Syrian or Russian military aircraft, and that the third set made virtually no noise, and released a white cloud of smoke, which contained the nerve agent.

If the reports are true, than Trump is correct to denounce this act, especially considering that it does not appear to have targeted the isis terrorists, as much as it did kids, women, and people with nothing to do with the problems over there.
