Firstly OP, you should do some research on near death experiences about "Hell". Hell is real i have also seen it.
Secondly, there is a logical explanation to why Hell exists.
If people just come back to Earth every time over and over again until they learn....then there is no justice. What if an evil soul doesnt want to learn? it keeps on going back while the good ones leave.
