If we can be still we realize that we are everywhere and nowhere at the same time.

When I mediate of be still I be anywhere I choose but if I don't choose that I am everywhere and nowhere at the same time. What do you mean by everywhere, whilst experiencing yourself to be everywhere are you in your tea cup on the table in front of you? Not trying to be dismissive but just trying to understand. Yes because my thought and sight of that teacup intertwines itself into my reality. Thus the matter can be controlled by the observer. I can pick it up..I can break it .. I can change its form and make it something else if I choose. Mind over matter always. Everything and nothing at the same time.
