It works for a few bouts but eventually isn't effective. I'm talking chronic UTI

I find cranberry extract is more of a preventative than a cure once you have one.

You NEED to go to the doctor. PERIOD

After the Doctor gives you the cure for the infection, then and only then you can take Cranberry tablets to maintain a healthy Urinary Track.

Re: Urinary Tract Infection (UTI)
You can buy cranberry in pill form.
Oregano oil

If it is chronic, get two rounds of antibiotics. UTI's can go sepsis - not something to play around with. My mom died from a simple UTI that turned chronic and then antibiotic resistant all because the STUPID doctor wouldn't listen to me after 3 rounds of UTI's that returned 3 weeks after each round of antibiotics. If your doctor refuses to give you a 2nd round at the same time, go see another doctor. Don't fill the first prescription until you have the 2nd one in hand. Fill one and hurry to fill the other at 2nd place.

Doctors refused to treat my mom with two rounds at a time so it would actually knock the infection out once and for all. It killed her. Just 4 weeks one extra round and it would never have gotten so bad. Instead, all the one treatment did was kill off most of the infection instead of all of it. The bacteria that was left, grew again and eventually it resisted all treatment because it wasn't all killed off at one time.

Also, check for diabetes. It can show up with chronic UTI's

The last time I went to see a doctor about a UTI he told me:
"At your age you can expect this once a month." I took his 'remedy' (antibiotics) and vowed this would not happen on a monthly basis. I searched and found D-Manoose. Used that successfully for years. But, alas, that too eventually didn't work even though I upped the amount and the duration. I then switched to Oil of Oregano which worked like a charm for about a year and now that too takes a much bigger dose than usual and takes much longer to get relief.

Have you had a urine culture done to find out exactly what strain of bacteria you're dealing with here? If you have not done this, please get it done ASAP.

D-mannose only works for Ecoli bacteria, you might have another bacteria now.

Colloidal silver. Worked 100%. (mixed with juice, 3 times a day for 3 days)

Verified by local district nurse by before and after tests.
