Prolonged Use Of Johnson & Johnson Baby (Talcum) Powder Linked To Ovarian Cancer
One of the most frightening recent developments has been the news linking talcum baby powder and ovarian cancer. In a recent jury trial from a lawsuit against Johnson and Johnson, a jury concluded that a woman’s use of talcum baby powder as a feminine hygiene product over several decades caused her to develop ovarian cancer. A jury awarded $70 million in that lawsuit on the grounds that Johnson & Johnson knew about and failed to disclose the dangers of ovarian cancer from using its talc.

Scientific studies have shown a link between talcum powder and deadly ovarian cancer. If you or a loved one have ovarian cancer and you have been a user or baby powder or other talc products, you need to check to see whether your ovarian cancer may have been caused by your use of talcum powder. If so, you may be entitled to damages.

Johnson & Johnson knows that it's BABY powder causes cancer yet they continue to sell it. I signed a petition that asks J&J to take BABY powder off the market.

Obviously they could care less what their product does and they market it for BABIES.

I don't buy anything from that shit company.

I too read the same story when it 1st came out. What you did not tell the others was this woman and her family has a history of cancer not due to the talcum powder. This went to court and the judge sided with the woman and awarded her money. JJ are appealing this decision and theres no link of talcum powder being linked to any cancer

It was known 40 years ago that Talcum powder was bad. That's why I always bought corn starch baby powder for my kids and the wife used it too. It's a respiratory irritant also.
I don't have the time or the crayons to explain this to you.

They make a corn starch baby powder variety that is, or used to be, readily available.
