I have seen and heard this video several times here on GLP.

The Podesta voice clips are not at the same emotional level so it is hard to tell.

Yeah, it does sort of sound like him but not conclusive.

That was exactly what I used... and I got an 87% match... but it was on some cheap downloadable software.

A good biometric software analysis is needed... or has already been done, and we just haven't heard about it yet.

It's funny that you posted this. I have Audacity (the software in that video) up as we speak. There is a clip of an interview Podesta gave to Runners World where he says the word "father" but it is too badly muffled to compare to the other video.

The word "father" is uttered in both the creepy video and the Running World video twice. Since the word is being yelled in the creepy video it is hard to compare to the video where it is being spoken in John's kitchen.

The pitch and amplitude are too different to compare. Adding filters and manipulating the recordings doesn't prove anything.

To me it really does sound like the same person but I cannot prove it.

It's measuring pitch, tone and variable range of vocal tones on a scale, like a spectograph, but with different input. The voice appears to be the same voice by the parameters, and by what we can hear as well.

So it is showing definite need for complete investigation. And not just by the human ear, but by measurable input through a control.
