The Air Force has admitted it can control the weather with the H.A.A.R.P. installation. [ link to geopolitics.co (secure)] Are they creating an unrecoverable climate condition so that California will submit to Government mandates? This is not outside the realm of possibilities... Not just Cali. Been going on for a couple of decades, at least.
