It's hard to believe the volume (80!) of devices could exist without her knowledge. We'll see if she gets her kids back. If not we'll know CPS thinks she had something to do with it.

According to the article, Presley and Lockwood filed for divorce last June. Warning bells going off with this alone. They are in a divorce battle that includes fighting over money.

Interesting that HER home was raided for what MIGHT have been on HIS computer and devices. These are supposedly un-analyzed devices. So they just raided her home in case there might be something on them? I kind of doubt that's the exact truth.

More than likely she KNOWS what was on those devices, either because she knows her ex and his preferences or maybe because she put them there to bring him down.

Think about it. If you had 80 devices full of crap like that, would you leave it all behind for someone else to find?

I'm curious to know more about the reason she was paying two nannies to be monitors for his visits. Why would she feel the need to do this? Sounds like this was 'her choice' that there be monitors instead of a court decision, otherwise the court would have been providing court-appointed (and paid for) supervision of their own.

So was she making a statement before the raid, that he was bad news for her kids? And was the court ignoring that? So maybe he really was, and that's why they stepped in with the raid to see the proof on his comp and likely on thumb drives, etc?

Or..... did it take all this time since June for her to gather a bunch of crap to put on 80 devices and make it look like it's his?

Some things I wonder about: Why would the courts remove the kids from her? Are these Lockwood's kids?

California does have laws about taking the kids if one parent has knowledge of something that the other parent is guilty of but does not take the steps to protect the children from whatever that is. The reason DCFS took the kids is not mentioned in that article.

And then.. check out the money angle, he wants a shitload of money she doesn't want to pay. What better way to get out of that than to accuse him of something like this, whether he is truly guilty or not.

I hope the attorneys are looking at all angles.

Even more reason to check out what she says more fully. She has lots of reasons $$$ to accuse him. On the other hand.. could be true, and she may be honestly trying to protect the kids.
