Be real, half to 2/3 of the people that jump to say how much these bands "suck", are just parroting what others say (just the same as it is on any topic) SO THEY CAN SOUND LIKE THEY KNOW MUSIC. LOL.

Both of these bands were what their producers and Labels wanted them to be. Pop-Rock, "Nu-Metal" machines. and therein is the backlash. It's not these bands fault. They both wrote some good songs. But were both over-produced.

Creed is better because of the number of songs but Stapp is not better than Kroeger.

After being hammered down by Stapp to not do solos on their songs he went to the woodshed and practiced for 6 or more hours a day to become a better player and silence the naysayers.

LOL, I actually consider these two of the worst bands of all time.

I like the Nickelback lead singer's bob haircut and brooding alpha presence; the way his dark eyebrows offset his blonde bob-cut makes my sphincter moist.

Ha ha. Obviously the two worst bands ever. If they worked hard to improve their craft for many years, they might make it up to the level of disco.

Creed actually had some catchy moments and didn't take itself that seriously. Nickleback was just cringe and they actually thought they were cool.
