It's basically demons/spirits, witchcraft, and consolation (reincarnation/resurrection). Combination of all of the above. Like I said I don't like my answer but it is what it is. That's why you can heal people if you give them the Holy Spirit because illness is spiritual in nature. The green trees need healthy roots to survive and stay healthy..
