Let me enlighten y'all on some deep info. They keep saying these missiles that Iran and North Korea fail, and explode either on the way up, or in reentry. The purpose of these missiles is not a ground exclusion, the purpose is to explode at the perfect elevation to have maximum EMP effect. Think about it, why do all of these tests never make it to the ground?
