Anyone Else Getting "Unfortunately, the process com.android.systemui has stopped" error on there phone ?

Ive been plagued by this error on my Note 2 for a few days "Unfortunately, the process com.android.systemui has stopped".
every time i press the home button.
Then i was passed another phone with the same error hmmm...
Goggled it and it turns out to be a recent Google app update which when uninstalled fixes the problem for a few minutes then i had to uninstall it again and turn off Playstore updates.
