You are helping people find their way through the darkness of uncertainty. Hold them tight, and shine a light that helps them discover what they’re looking for.

We’re pleased to inform you that the things you have done to raise your frequency are being received. Your hard work is paying off! You are moving forward. You are creating your new life.

You are being elevated to new levels. You will now have a greater capacity to hold light within your body, and to remain centered even in the presence of others.

We’re creating a bubble of protection around you so that your energetic patterns aren’t disrupted. No one will be able to disturb your peace.

Once you receive this energy, your life will not be the same again. It will be an additional step forward, and it will bring a new freshness to your life. It will bring peace, joy and spirituality. This will make you healthy, happy and peaceful. This makes you understand that you have a purpose in life and that you have done everything possible to reach this purpose.

Most people have never known what happiness is. They’ve only experienced varying degrees of unhappiness: sometimes they’re more unhappy, sometimes they’re less unhappy, and when they’re less miserable, they refer to it as happiness. For them, happiness is nothing more than pleasure. It can’t be true because it’s only temporary. This is due to their unconsciousness.

While your consciousness is awake, pleasure is its by-product; when your consciousness is asleep, unhappiness is its by-product.

You will understand what divine love is once you have expanded your consciousness. After that, because it will be your choice, you will not slide towards unhappiness.

Divine love energy is a flavor, a sensation, and it is so overwhelming and intense that once you experience it, you will wonder how you ever lived without it.

Surrender to divine love energy which we are sending, trust that everything is in divine order, allow divine guidance to help you, and fill your heart with love. Know that we are grateful for all you do.

The Light is at the end of the tunnel and getting brighter all of the time and nothing can remove your path towards it. It is your destiny and will conclude your journey through the 3rd dimension. Your freewill experiences will have well prepared you for the future where you will take your place with other Beings of Light. You will have a new life plan that will bring you peace and enlightenment and joyful reunions with those souls you left behind. Your real family eagerly await your return and joyful celebrations will follow. You will soon forget the trials and tribulations of your negative experiences and this is a good time to put them behind you. You will not have to experience them again and the sooner you forget them the better it will be.

You have had good and bad times whilst coping with the challenges that were being continually thrown at you, but never allowed to settle down to the peace that you sought. You have mixed with both beautiful Beings and the lowest of the low and all have left a great impression upon you. They have however made you stronger willed and determined to help bring the Light to as many people as possible. You have come through it all with flying colours and deserve the praise you are getting. We encourage you to keep your sights on the future and what you expect to achieve, although at all times keep an open mind that allows things to come to you. Your Guides know you better than you do and will always do their best to point you in the right direction.

Those you love will never be very far away and should be allowed to follow their own desires and intentions. Some will ask “what about my children” but please allow them freedom of choice as their paths may be quite different to yours. Bear in mind that the soul chooses who it wants as parents prior to entering the new born child’s body, at the time of birth, so if it decides at the last moment to change its mind a still birth is the result. Parents should feel very privileged to be chosen, and sometimes it is a soul that is returning to a family it already knows. There are exceptions but generally the new soul will pick their parents to be because they will give them the experiences they need to fulfil their plan for continued evolution.

There are sometimes what you would consider to be misfits or accidents but even those are planned. It depends on the type of experiences you needed to evolve, and some may be harsh lessons that help those involved to learn from them. Remember that nothing of any importance happens by chance, and is carefully planned by those who oversee your progress. You cannot escape your karma and it is now almost instant, and it cannot necessarily be held back. However, those of you who have already well advanced along your evolutionary path are often clear of karma.

You go along from day to day following your own path usually unaware of what may be coming up for you, but having followed your intuition and plans for your next experience things can happen totally unexpectedly. That in itself is a sure indication that your path is already laid out to ensure you meet your life plan. We tell you again that everything you experience is intended although minor incidents may not be important and only occur because of karma. In this respect life can be very exact where your experiences are necessary to further your evolution. Whatever happens to you it will have been prearranged and very little happens by chance, although it may appear that way.

Your presence can obviously affect other souls, and families are the seat of many changes in a soul’s life. Obviously some of you are put together so as to get first-hand experience of life and through it can make lasting bonds with another soul. Families are the seat of learning especially for souls with little experience of human life and may need lots of love and caring. Life can be hard but also very rewarding, it is what you make it and with freewill you can follow any path you choose. The question is will it enable you to progress, because it is an opportunity to evolve.

In reality there are always opportunities for a soul to ascend at any time, but what makes this one so special is that it is open to every soul who aspires to do so. With the rising vibrations souls can take advantage of it as it is like a helping hand reaching down to lift you up. This opportunity does not come very often so make the most of it if you feel that you are more of the Light, take it and get on the Ascension trail. If you are not sure if you are ready to ascend keep raising your vibrations and you will almost certainly create an opportunity for yourself. The important thing is to have the intent to rise up and you will attract the help you need.

All souls have equal opportunities to ascend but only a small number have reached that point where they understand what is needed to rise up. Simply wishing to evolve without putting in the effort to do so will achieve very little, you have to start living the dream and lift yourself up by dropping negative ways and attitudes, and practice as far as possible living in the Light. It is not as easy as it may seem as old habits die hard but with determination it is not as difficult as it first appears. Once you make the decision to ascend you can be sure that your Guides will give you a cheer and will instantly be at your side to help you succeed

The desire alone to ascend is insufficient to get you there it must be accompanied by positive actions that lift up your vibrations. You must live as one who is of the Light meaning that you treat all souls equally and the same, and allow them to evolve in their chosen manner. Sometimes help and advice is given before it is requested and they are unprepared for it so it may prevent them from following their own path. To put it in simple terms only offer advice and help when it is requested. Most souls like to sort out their own problems and in doing so learn more from their experience.

Dear Ones, listen to the little voice inside you that is your Higher Self and you will find that life becomes much easier. After all it knows more about you than you do at any given moment and is well placed to help you evolve. It can also see the greater picture and what lies ahead, and that makes any helpful advice more beneficial. By doing so you need not feel helpless when difficulties arise, so take a quiet moment and talk with your Higher Self.

Sanat Kumara: Yes, you are completely on track and correct.

Universal Law is not fragmented.

Universal Law is not this Law or that Law.

Let me be practical.

In each of your countries — and I know that there are many listeners who come from different countries, and some are perhaps more lawless than others, but nevertheless — think of your nation that has a collective of laws that you think of as jurisprudence, and it works as a body of law.

And those laws — well, actually, some of them have become practically incoherent and contradictory, but when they were formulated – the intention and the purpose behind the law — because many of these were Divinely inspired, as you know — was for the body of the law to work as One, for the body of the law to allow you as a collective to operate in ways that were kind, and ethical, and of integrity and consideration.

Now, these are, yes, granted, a stepped-down version, but still based on what you think of as Universal Law.

Now, we need to be very clear, because your listeners sometimes will say,

“Well, no, that is not so because what about this law or that law?”

I am speaking of the intention and the purpose.

So let me now revert back to Universal Law.

As I say, the Divine Plan and Universal Law is a comprehensive set, a body of understanding.

And it is a body of understanding, so that all the participants — although now we speak of human beings, because we tell you that we are already in alignment and with understanding of Universal Law — but it was to give you the understanding in the most basic of ways of:

“How do things work in my Universe?

“How is it that I am to undertake my life in sacred and meaningful ways when I am in my human self on a human journey of spirit in form?

“How do I conduct myself and know that I am in alignment?”

So there are many aspects of Universal Law that you have thought of as stand-alone Laws — and there are dozens of them.

But you are very correct to think that there is Universal Law — you can think of it as One entity, as One collective energy.

And that energy you can think of, and I have spoken to this channel about this, is the Law of Love, sometimes referred to as the Law of One.

But that has become misunderstood very often and misused in some realms upon your planet.

So we will talk about Universal Law as the Law of Love.

If you look at the individual Laws, what you have come to think of as individual Laws, whether it is attraction or give or receive or karma, it is primarily about the balance, and it is achieving balance both within thee, within your sacred being, and not just within one life or one day or one time-frame, but also throughout timelines, even though it is all simultaneous, and in all realms.

That is why we talk about above-below, within-without.

That is why we talk about balance so frequently.

Because when you are in that place of Love, when you are in that collective of understanding, when you have reached the place within your being of simply acknowledging and being Love, then that is it.

You are in adherence, you are in alignment with the Universal Law.

What you are doing so often in your mental collective human bodies, you are trying to pick the laws apart like a supreme court — or maybe even a circuit court would be a better example.

But that is not the spirit, that is not the energy of the Law.

So you are often picking at various fragments.

It is like trying to break things down when in fact the entire purpose of Universal Law is unification.

It is bringing together, not fragmentation.

So when you think of Universal Law and yourself, because we want you, we ask you and we guide you to think of Universal Law as a way in which you come to understand how we, how Mother/Father, He/She, All, One, Source, Universe, Divine Plan, how we beckon you back to join with us.

So it is a unifying factor.

That is what is called Universal Law.

It is encompassing.

It is embracing.

It is to bring you and us and all together.

And the more that you are in alignment — not with the understanding as if you are a legal scholar, let me be clear about this — the more you are in alignment with your multi-dimensional, Universal, human, starseed, Earthkeeper self, in alignment with the Law, then the more you are in alignment not only with All but with Who You Are.

The more you are in alignment with Who You Are, [the more] you are contributing to the absolute Ascension of the collective.

Yes, you wondered when I would get to this part, didn’t you?

SB: [laugh] Well …

SK: Because what is Ascension other than the reunification?

And it is the reunification not only of your sacred self, of your multi-dimensional self — miraculously still in human form, in this beautiful light form that was a creation out of nothingness and All; it was an idea, a light made manifest — and now in that you connect and re-connect not only with your beloved planet and all the kingdoms, but also with your Universe and far beyond.

When that happens, you will see much more of me!

It is not that I disappear and say, well, I am off to my next assignment now, because I will join you.

And then there will be the creation of the New, of the expression that was always part of the Divine Plan, which is the expression of light, of your uniqueness made manifest, and in that uniqueness and manifestation of you, it is the manifestation of All.

And so your manifestations, because you are in adherence to the Law — and I hope I am clear — will be in harmony with everybody’s creation and manifestation.

It is, it is like the choirs who have tenors and bass and altos and sopranos.

It is like the angelic chorus.

It is like the orchestras.

It is a symphony, but it is a symphony of the Universe.

So you are returning, you are returning Now to that alignment with the Plan, let us suggest, and the transition — and you are all picking up speed by the way — that transition that you have been fully participating in, and that is true of all of humanity, whether they recognize it, acknowledge it or not — it does not matter, they are a part of it — and that is well, well, well advanced and under way.

And what that means, my friend, in very practical terms, I am, as your shepherd, pleased to say that the wandering is over.

Oh, there may be some strays. But most of you, we are very, very proud of you, and we are honored to be part of your undertaking, as you, within our piece of the Divine Plan, which we have not discussed, you are part of our plan as well, you know.

You do not tend to think of it that way, but we are also in a unified unfoldment.

Steve: Lord, I wonder if we have time before the program ends to discuss one more element of this whole equation. You’ve talked about the purpose of life, you’ve talked about the Divine Plan, you’ve talked about the Universal Laws.

There’s one more design feature of life which comes into play here, and I hope I’m correct in saying this, and that is what has been called the longing for liberation, the urge to evolve, the desire to reunite with God, which some people say is built into us and keeps us moving towards God.

Is that correct, what I just said? And if so could you elaborate a little bit on what’s been called the longing for liberation?

SK: Yes, you are correct.

And I would be happy to address this longing, this yearning for freedom, for liberation, and, might I say, for reunion.

Now, let us talk about this aspect of the Divine Plan and the birthing of the Plan.

Because it was, hmm, it was instilled within you by the Divine Mother feminine, and it was the counterbalance — that is the term we would use — it was the counterbalance to free will, to choice; not a cancellation and not an interference.

But it was the counterbalance to free will.

So it is in many ways your internal compass.

You have compasses that always point true north.

Well, your yearning for liberation, your yearning for reunification, your yearning to return Home, back to One, to rid yourself of that illusion of separation, of isolation — which is very painful! — was the perfect assurance that at some juncture what you would do is choose to align with the Law, with the Love, with the Mother-Father One, so that you could catapult yourself forward, back Home.

So yes, it is an innate part of you.

And this is a very important point that you have raised, because you are at this conjunction where there has been so much discussion, even amongst what you think of as lightworkers or lightholders, about who is permitted, who is right, who is wrong, who is permitted to ascend, who is not.

Now, let me suggest to you — no, let me say very clearly – those discussions are not of love and they are not part of the Divine Plan or the Divine Unfoldment.

Every being, regardless of how far you think they have strayed or wandered still has that innate desire, that yearning, for liberation, for reunification.

And so when many of us have spoken to you about this shift, of this change in consciousness, of this shift to the heart of One, of Love, we have been very clear with you that the Divine Plan holds this doorway, this portal, this gateway open for All.

It is completely inclusive.

It is not exclusive.

And so even in the place of darkness, what, hmm, those on our side — and on yours, by the way, beings like yourselves at InLight Radio — what you are doing is igniting that spark of yearning, of that desire for reunification, of liberation, of freedom.

And as it burns brighter and brighter, what happens is it begins to eradicate what you have come to think of as darkness or separation.

And so it activates and it burns brightly to bring people to this place of seeking that liberation — in a variety of ways.

And sometimes, yes, that desire has been thwarted or misunderstood, and thought of as a desire for other things that have been of the worldly realm.

And that has been an error in understanding.

But many are being illuminated by this innate planting of the Mother, and many are saying,

“Well, perhaps my choices, my decisions, have not been that which is truly leading me to that place of joy, where I truly feel that I am on my path, that I am on my sacred journey, where not only do I feel that I am Loved, but that I can Love and that I am Loved, and that I am in this wondrous journey with all who are with me, not just my fellow human beings, but my ascended family, my star brothers and families, and more importantly than anything, the Mother/Father One.”

So I am very glad, my dear friend, that you have brought this point up and that we have had a chance to discuss this, not only as a fragment of discussion, but as part of a unified discussion about Divine Plan, why there is life, what the idea was, and why there is this body called Universal Law.

Why is there this body that beckons you to adhere to unification, to what is lost?

So I thank you.

But more than this, I thank each of you for actively, pro-actively, even in the trough and the crest of the waves, for seeking that truth and liberation, for actively working, and yes, co-creating with us more than ever.

Work the creation formula!

That is why we have given it again, very simply, succinctly.

If you were meant to be one way all the time, it would already be that way.

You are love in physical form, not someone needing to prove how heart-centered you are.

Perhaps each imperfection is not actually a problem to solve, but an opportunity to offer greater love and self-compassion to the parts crying out for acceptance.

As these parts are accepted versus defeated, greater self compassion is able to fill the hearts of all through the authentic love you choose to offer yourself.

As you love yourself more, not less, each imperfection matures into a higher vibration of emotional expression. Not because you worked hard to make it so, but because you ventured so deeply into self-acceptance, each imperfection has nothing more to teach you when greeted as a welcomed guest.

This may help you remember, love is not feeling one way all the time. It is a willingness to be aware of the love you desire, the attention you require, and acceptance you crave that comes from within — whether you are in a position to offer it now or at a later date.

If love is perfect, it is only in its immaculate precision to reveal so perfectly, all that is here to be faced, felt, and embraced within you.

But this is not a contest. There is no pass or fail.

There’s no such thing as “hurry up and learn your lessons so better things can happen faster”.

No one misses a window of opportunity or can ever be left behind.

There are only more ways to love yourself, whether you wish to love, are ready to love, or would love to be beyond it.

This is why, if you were meant to be one way all the time, it would already be that way.

Dear brothers, of this beautiful blue planet! I am an Andromedan!

I was here a while ago, putting my experience in this great process; and I had permission to come here again today, to bring a little bit of our vision about what happens with this planet.

The history of this planet in the universe, is known, and I can assure each one of you, that everyone in the universe knows this planet; just by the experiences you have gone through all this time. The wisdom of Father/Mother God in creating such a beautiful planet, so diverse, and we can say that it is the most beautiful planet in the universe, was exactly so that the beings that live there would have the opportunity, in spite of all the suffering, in spite of all the problems brought by duality, to find on this planet peace and harmony for their hearts.

Unfortunately, few of you usually appreciate this beautiful spectacle. You don’t usually appreciate all the beauty that exists on this planet. Every planet we live on, no matter who we are, is beautiful, within our vision is beautiful, until we are allowed to know the universe. And then we can have the sensation of knowing new orbs, new worlds, new beings, and have contact with every kind of physical structure of the planet and the beings living there.

So once again I say: beauty like this planet is rare in the whole universe. It is as if Father/Mother God left a door open, so that when you felt far from the Source, you would meet it again, through the environment of the very structure of the planet. But this has been taken away from you. You have learned to not respect, to not love, to not value anything you have on the planet. You learned to exploit without mercy, without thinking about the future, without thinking about the consequences, because you thought you owned the planet. So you could do whatever you wanted with it.

Today we see that you continue to destroy the planet. The lesson has not yet been learned. You continue to destroy your home, as if there were no tomorrow, as if there were no consequences to your actions today. Why am I saying all this? We have the ability to live in the here and now, but we also have the ability to navigate the time lines forward and backward. And we know exactly the consequences that will come. There is no stopping the process, because it was started a long time ago. But you can mitigate it; you can emanate love for Gaia, emanate Light, respect the planet. Each one of you doing your part.

Each little particle reverberates in the Whole. So be sure that a single action, a small action that you do will reverberate throughout the Whole; and other people who receive this energy, this positive action, will absorb it because they will resonate with it. So do your part. It doesn’t matter that your neighbor is not doing his. You can try to guide him, but it’s his choice, and with every choice there is a result. So be aware of every act you do against the planet.

Soften your own walk, because if you start emanating Light, love, good deeds in favor of Gaia, she will know that there is an ally there, there is someone who is vibrating positively together with her, and this will be good for you and for her. So let each one of you do your part for the planet, that’s the only way you can mitigate what’s coming. Understand, Gaia is not causing anything. What is happening on your planet today, the climate changes, the much more powerful events, are being caused by everything you have done over time. Nothing else. Nobody is causing it. You will reap what you sow.

So come together in one thought, in helping Gaia. Now have a deep thought of helping the planet, not helping Gaia to try to get away with it. The love has to be unconditional for the planet, thus bringing into your own walk a little forgiveness for what you have done for so long. There is not a being on this planet who has not done something against the planet. So, those of you who are going out there to fight for the planet, don’t think of yourselves as superior to others. You were not born here now, you have been here for a long time.

Many of you may be thinking, “But how do you know all this if you don’t live here?” Don’t forget that we have been here for some time around your planet and we know all the history. We have learned how you got here and this way we can follow step by step what is happening. Just come together in one heart for the planet. I assure you that by doing this, you are even speeding up the move to the 5th Dimension.

So each one of you do your part, your tiny little part. Don’t think that a small gesture is useless, that a small gesture is unnecessary, because it’s not. A small gesture is a lot for the planet, because it reverberates, and the global consciousness notices and starts to do the same. You are powerful, yes, more than you think. You are so powerful that you have brought the planet to this point. Reverse the speed of events by emanating Light to the planet, emanating love to the planet. By producing actions for the planet, events will become smoother, and it will be easier for you to bear it all.

We are here on the outside watching everything. We will help you in whatever is possible, whatever is determined by your free will. We can’t just today heal the whole planet; the lessons would not be learned, but we will help you. But for that to happen, you have to take the first step, otherwise you won’t get help, you will have to do it all by yourselves. So come together in one heart, one mind, one way, to help the planet. It doesn’t take much, it’s small actions and a few minutes of your day emanating Light and love, to the planet.

When you are emanating Light, emanate it below the surface, because that is where the buds, the roots, the trees are born. Light up Gaia’s subsoil, so that everything that was eliminated, extinguished from the surface, is created again, thus helping to balance the whole planet. Put roots, ethereal seeds, in Gaia’s subsoil and see the roots sprouting.

Do this work, and you will be helping not only the planet, but all of humanity to have much milder events, and to bear together all the difficulties to come. Open your hearts. Gaia is not just the ground you walk on, not just the planet you live on; you are part of this planet, and everything you do against it, you do against you.

I have been meditating on Safe Passage for the last few months. Safe passage for me, for those around me, and for the people of the world. Safe Passage through this troubling time gives us a chance to rebuild the world once the storm passes. But in order to make it there we must survive.

I am Jophiël, the archangel of guides, therapists and instructors, my yellow ray carries knowledge as long as you let it invade your being.

So, tonight, the real question to Stay or Go?

If you stay in your incarnation, it is mainly for a matter of attachments. If you go, it’s both a risk-taking and a window that opens into the light.

Leaving is a feeling of unfinished business, as if your life mission was unfulfilled. And yet, many of you are hearing this call to begin with.

Making the choice to start would be a bit like the easy way out, but so calming.

Before leaving, leaving your incarnation and your current reality, I invite you to realize, to accomplish your life mission. This way you can leave in peace, in inner peace.

Today, many of you are thinking, I want to go home.

Before choosing to leave your incarnation, I invite you to draw lessons from your time on Gaia and to ask yourself if you have accomplished your life mission well.

In the weeks and months to come, many of you will have the choice to go into conscience. Others will leave without having to choose. Dear children of Gaia, prepare yourself as you continue to enjoy life.

It’s time to just be yourself, beyond appearances and the characters you’ve played so far. Access to Being is already a small disappearance. This will allow you to grow even more.

If you know what an orb looks like then you'll come to realise that the human race is under attack from etheric ping pong balls. These are discarnate souls and evil energies sustaining themselves on the energy of living humans. Humanity is infested. So here's a short version I wrote on how to become aware, vigilant and how to get rid of them.


Here, I'll put this so you can have a peaceful mind.

When you lay down to rest or when you are busy pay attention to your mind.
If you are being harassed by shadow entity in order to harvest energy in the form of negative emotion your mind will seemingly offer you memories that irk you thus generating strong negative emotion. It can be sorrow, regret, anger, resentment,fear.

To all of these prompts you should answer with a non emotional "No thanks"

You will notice your mind pause and try to offer you more reasons to feel any of these emotions. Again answer as above.
If you have shadow entity trying to tap you for dark energy/negative emotion you will feel a frustration arise within as you keep answering "No thanks"
The shadow entity will leave as it costs them energy to tap into your mind. If you don't pay out with negative emotion they begin to fade away as they are only sustained by energy on a negative scale-like dark energy. We are their source of sustenance. They are a parasitic being (some people have fully merged with them through congruence and are named Narcicists.

Next, in order to attain a silent mind you need to know what it feels like to be silent in the first place.
Read whatever writing you may choose to while using your will to keep the words from being spoken in your mind with your inner voice.
In this way you learn to use your mental willpower and exercise it.
In this way the feeling of mental silence is grown accustomed to and a body memory of inner silence is attained as something that is felt throughout your entire being.
After a short time practicing doing this all you need to do is to will yourself to feel silence.

Do this at every moment and it will become unconscious. You will become aware that you are doing it without trying.

After just a day or two you will become aware that your mind has made a shift from internal chatter to a silent mind.
You will experience for a very short time an inner sorrow at your seemingly missing your constant chattering mind as if it were the missing of an old friend. Don't be fooled, this again is the sadness of the shadow beings that were attached to you and knew you intimately.
Now you will be at peace but also will experience reality in it's purity. It will appear as it is without the minds constant explaining, judging, describing and categorising. Just raw perceiving instead.
