You need to immediately adopt an anti-inflammatory diet. No alcohol, low sugar.
Lots of things like turmeric and ginger.
No aspartame or other chemicals. 100% natural foods. Also, try fasting for a few days to allow your body to divert energy and healing to the impacted area instead of digestion.
