The acupuncture worked well in restoring some of my meridians and flow, but its a bittersweet thing.
The chin pain lessened considerably but is now over a far larger area - this is clearly progress.
For a long while, I was able to be outside in the cold invigorating sun and merciless wind and nothing hurt too badly - I felt like I had the worst chapped lips that ever existed but that was an annoyance only - this is going to pass. I chopped some wood (just a few pieces lol) but I have to choose to get my life back.
More acupuncture next Saturday, plus multiple doctor's visits; add the sublinguals and b vitamins daily, plus some introspection and mental focus exercises aimed at enlightening the way I fell pain and the path will show itself.
Don't underestimate the power of achieving inner stillness and the light it can bring to illuminate your hidden plagues; the anchors that seek to drown your soul.
I can feel it.
Its going to work.
My life wont simply come back to me, I have to pick my way through all this wrath and tears and rescue it from all the flotsam which impinges me.
Quoting: Apocalypse Troll Thanks so much for the update. In the stillness of meditation, a lot of healing is done, and in the quiet of self examination the same, along as resolve to do better. You are so right about gaining your life back. Chopping wood, well, splitting a little bit of kindling, was one of my first accomplishments after breaking my shoulder. A little bit at a time... Still praying for you.
