New York rapper Troy Ave was shot twice on Christmas Day while sitting in his Maserati at a Brooklyn intersection just months after he accidentally shot himself in the legs during a deadly T.I concert.

Attorney Scott Lemon says his client, whose real name is Roland Collins, was on his way to visit family Sunday evening when he was shot twice at the intersection of East 91st Street and Linden Blvd.

Police say the 31-year-old Collins was in a red Maserati when a man fired several rounds into the car, striking Collins once in the arm and grazing his head.
