Here is your legal advice regarding this issue.Make a will and leave your guns and all ammo to a loved one without a criminal record.By doing this you have the argument that upon that persons death the estate and everything pertaining to it within the will entered probate and can't be touched by anyone including the police.Your justification is no crimes have been committed using those guns so they have no legal action in confiscation.

Did Americans have gun bans, business licenses, Social Security numbers, sales, income, or property taxes in 1890?
