Clean out your spaces of every occult object that you have used to communicate with demons or perform magicks (of any spelling).

Trust only what you can see and observe yourself.

Don't trust what anyone else tells you anymore unless you can verify it yourself.

Make up or try to at least a little for any harm you have done to anyone that you can remember including mental harm.
