Because they told us about satan...the naysayers scoff. Oh, but how do they scoff when they find out the world is run by those following Satan/Lucifer?

Bamboozled into believing they do not exist until they put a snare around you, but then so does God...so who would you prefer be snared by the non-existent God or the non-existent Satan? Remember those in power that worship the Beast get their power,money,fame and fortune from the Beast.

Do you really believe the people that take advantage of other people's ignorance for personal gain have any understanding of the rules?

I would say the opposite. They come to the realization that knowledge of what comes before and after this reality isn't possible. Then they go hog wild and stop searching at that point. They indulge to the upmost of their abilities and don't have any empathy for their fellow man. They are the weak ones.

The ones that realize and acknowledge the lack of knowing but continue with kindness and respect, where it is appropriate, are the ones that continue down the path.

The knowledge of a lack of knowledge is a huge hurdle and it knocks many off the path of enlightenment. They wouldn't be able to accept what comes next.

So It couldn't be that these people are just evil and crazy?

Always has to be the boogie man right?

Couldn't be that we alone are capable of such evils?

To take it a step further...

If the Jew god and his satan are real and all of the black magic and what not holds truth then think about that fact alone...

That the Jew god built into his reality a system by which thru terror, suffering, sex and blood magic power and prosperity can be found...

A god who put that into his reality is who you worship?

OP, does your soul cry in sadness of what we humans do to limit ourselves with the superstitions of religion?

It certainly puts mankinds make up in a better light than to think those who hold the knowledge also hold the keys to the cells...

Which reality is more likely?

What kind of knowledge are you looking for?

If a person holds knowledge of this reality, maybe not why we are here (which I don't think we will ever be able to answer while we still draw breath) but the simple rules of this reality, would they be able to keep that knowledge from others?

If they are the type of person that would keep that knowledge hidden, I would argue they will never arrive at enlightenment.

No, I just accept that it is all beyond my control.

I don't even truly know what a soul is outside of the quasi concept we all agree to pretend upon.

When I look back on my existence it is as if Im the witness to this journey.

Sort of pulled along down the stream ...

I don't know what to make of anything anymore other than I'm having an experience...

The only point/ joy I have found in being here is "playing".

As a child it's all I wanted to do...

As an adult it's all that brings me joy...

Creating, using my imagination, playing...

Call it whatever you will.

Maybe for you it's fishing, or video games, or whatever you call your play time.

But that's the only time this place feels right.

To provide a time and place to play...

How do we know there is an enlightenment to be found?

I love happiness and joy as well. But I also yearn from time to time to experience unhappiness and pain.

For some reason I love this reality and try to embrace all it has to offer while still maintaining harmonic karma.

Sometimes I lie to myself. Sometimes I stroke my own ego. But I grew up being brainwashed under catholicism and from that comparison, I am now free.

Do you ever take the time and pat yourself on the back? Simply for having the views that you do?

The only knowledge I seek is what I would call the basics...

Who am I...

What am I...

Where am I...

If I had some true insight to those questions my entire existence would change in an instant...

Not so much pat myself on the back...

Sort of reflect upon my experience as a whole to try and draw some sort of perspective...

I would say it's the closest thing to a purpose that I know.

The pursuit of true answers.

Answers I can feel, not just think...

Good question. I have no answer for that one which would give anyone else comfort. It is a personal truth that I have. The only reason I believe there are rules and through recognizing these rules, enlightenment, is because I have become more and more comfortable/joyous/tranquil/peaceful traveling down this path.

If you knew those answers, wouldn't it cheapen this existence?

Sometimes the question is the most powerful thing in this reality. It defines your current trajectory and path that you are traveling.

Do you ever question that what you hold to be right and wrong could just be deep rooted programming as well?

I often do.

I know in my heart I am good.

I've always been the white knight, hoping for a chance to be a hero or give.

Is that to deep rooted programming perhaps?

Where do our thoughts and feeling even come from?

We have no proof they are ours alone nor generated from within...

If I knew those answers I would feel that I had a rational starting point to start making heads or tails of what's going on around here lol.

The first step I took on the path is to trust in myself. To recognize that no one else will be able to tell me what is true. Do the wise and enlightened directly tell people their personal truths? Would these people even understand them if they were freely given in such a direct manner?

Or do these masters teach through asking questions? They simply ask the correct questions and in pondering these questions, realization is reached. Then there is understanding.

I trust my gut or my intuition. If you listen closely, your whatever (spirit, soul, subconscious, being) will nudge you in the right direction. Thus your ability to feel that you are doing good.

Don't you love a good mystery? I view this life as an unfolding and engrossing book. If I ever have the chance of meeting the creator of this illusion, I will kiss their ass in appreciation.

For some reason, just being able to identify the rules of this existence is enough for me. I don't want to know what happened before I set foot on this planet and I don't want to know what comes next. It is kind of like enjoying the journey instead of constantly fretting over the destination. I am very excited for the destination, but I realize that no matter what I do, it will always be there in the end. And it will probably blow our earthly minds.

That is one of the things I love the most. Those that try to control me, that try to control my surroundings, that try to control my emotions, they make this life great.

I see the methods they use in this attempt at control and I realize I don't value or covet what they do. The things T PTB do to validate their existence is of no consequence to me. They hold no power over me.

I do find that a few minor details like where it is taking place, what and with whom a good starting point...

There is obviously much more to this world, this life, than meets the eye (normally).

Therefore, I don't take the so-called physical world to be the end-all and be-all.

Clearly, there is something else that communicates to men -- or another way we communicate to each other after death.

So, I just call it the spirit or the spirit-world.

It is simply a great mystery to me, but very very real.

I hear you. I try to act like I don't want the answers and even try to convince myself that I don't, but I have peaked underneath the wrapping of the xmas presents a few times in the past. I do remember some regret from those experiences.

Excellent thoughts OP and good questions. My opinion means squat and is probably wrong most of the time but I think the path you are currently traveling is not a bad one. You would know if it was.
