This works for me.

Find the pain and stretch into it. It will twinge and release. Find the next spot. Stretch into it and find the point that hurts the most. Keep searching for the sharpest pain and stretch into it.

You will get to a point of relief. Also, get a tennis ball and put it on the point of most pain and if you can lay down on the ball on that spot. This is accupressure you can do for yourself.

Heat. Ben Gay. Stretch in a hot shower.
