My problem, feels like an invisible chain wrapped around my neck. By making certain movements I can manipulate it into cracking or popping, and I'm trying to snap it by doing so. It's as graphic as it sounds unfortunately.

I notice lots of people have neck and hand ticks or problems. I hope you feel better also. I'm lucky mine manifests in a way I can isolate. And thank you again.
